Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
We want you to love your items! Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at nuikcollection@gmail.com. In the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping error, we will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right. Claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, in accordance with local consumer laws.
